P1574 & P0733...Please Help

So I just purchased my 2003 Maxima with 122,000 miles on it just recently. I had to bring it to the shop to have (2) oxygen sensors replaced but besides that nothing else wrong.

So about two days go by when I noticed a new current code on my obd2 reader that just popped up but didnt illuminate the CEL, which was the p1574 code but there was no problems with the car. I then cleared the code assuming it was something the mechanic must of messed with and forgot to clear the code. I then cleared it and continued my day.

The next morning (today actually) I was driving to work when I noticed that my car started to feel like it was bogging out. It wasn't going above 40 mph and rpms kept revving high. I had to make it to the gas station to fill up but then broke down before I could get there. By the time I put gas back into the tank and drove off, the bogging stopped but now the gears were slipping from 2nd into 3rd. but every other gear seamed smooth. I now noticed there was a pending P0733 code in place of where the p1574 code was.

Update

So update on the Maxima.... The RPM's went from over-revving at 3rd gear to hesitating at 3rd gear. But now on top of that there's a lot of putting and rough idle in first gear. not as bad when cruising around local streets when on highway it seems worse when really stepping on it. Still no codes showing back up since I cleared them on the 13th of last week.

Just want to make sure these symptoms are still a possible speed sensor I just don't want to waste money..
