Stripped tensioner pulley bolt
#5
At this point, you have to:
1. Soak the stripped nut with PB blaster, remove the nut with vice grip.
2. You need to decide to either just replace the nut from a used junk yard tensioner or replace the whole tensioner unit with a new one. Amazon sells tensioners for $25.
I go with a new tensioner if it was me. Crawling around in a junk yard to save $25 is not worth it IMO.

I would cut it and save the main mounting bracket. the tensioner idler kit comes with everything except mounting bracket.
I still have the one I replaced in my scrap bucket, it's still good, just dirty. i can send it out in a small flat rate box tonight, just cover the shipping. can reach me at uptownsamcv@gmail.com
