Russ, I'm not even going to start with you. That is not exactly what I said and you know it. I'm not going to argue with someone that consistently takes my words and twists them and chops them up to make it look like I said something I didn't.
Your selective memory (which is now biased in favor of the CL-S and is not at all objective) is remembering only what helps your argument and conveniently forgetting whatever shoots it down.

Why are we even mentioning Accords in the same breathe ? The times being posted here are for Maxx's that are Basically STOCK, some of which have dipped into mid-low 14's... Intakes and exhaust, are the only major mods, and those arent even significant mods. Accords ??

EDIT: Here is the copy of his post that he made on accord.com which backs up my claim that he in deed said this and I did not twist any words.

Also I wanted to mention that there are at least 10 people within the past 6 months that have hit 14s from 14.6-14.9 bone stock with NOTHING done period.

I'm willing to bet that some of the reason for the poor showings on the 2k2 autos are that most of them have been run with low miles. I ran mine with only 1150 on the odo. Let the 2k2's rack up some miles and loosen up the VQ's. Then re-visit this topic say, at the end of summer, and I'm willing to bet, there will be differences. My 2k2 is feeling stronger with every week that goes by.

I saw(GoldenTypeS) run his CL-S with AEM CAI and Comptech headers and he couldn't break into the 14's. His best was 15.0x, but that track sucks ***** and it was 85+F out at night. Just for comparison, I ran in full street trim with a Stillen POS intake a 15.5@89.8 with a 2.48 60' the same night, but I only did 4-runs and it was my first time launching at the track. In other words I sucked!
I figured he would be low to mid 14's with those mods and his launches looked good.

Actually with those mods he should be mid to low 14s. But obviously the track sucks by your time. I did 14.8 with 2.36 60s, stock in the max, but a 5spd there are tricks, auto really just floor it and your done. Hehehe.

....and like I said before , for the 99th time, I posted an ESTMATE of what a 2K2 auto, w/ intake would run, I even stated it in my cars description.. Once again YOU produce a timeslip !
