I have tried several times. I put on an aftermarket intake 2 weeks ago and the car ran perfect. Now all of a sudden the light comes on and I tried disconnecting the battery to reset, but after a day or two it comes back on. I think the computer still has the fault code stored in its memory and that has to be cleared. I'm not sure but I think the computer is by the accelerator pedal but it looks hard to remove....I don't want to take off the intake and put the stock one back on for the dealer to reset... Has anyone reset the computer on a 5th gen?

 

Word of advice... bring it to the dealer and have them check it out (reinstall the stock box first).
