cd changer
i got a 2k2 max se without the bose... didnt' want to shell out 900+ for a stereo option... anyway, what's a good setup for aftermarket cd changer?
Is it better to get fm modulator type or one that's hardwired?
Want to keep stock double din cd/cassete though?
Also has anyone replace stock speakers with aftermarkets, cause I believe the sound can be improved.

i'm looking at the same add-ins you are
i'm thinking about a JVC 12-disc changer. FM modulated.
my friend has an FM modulated and i think it sounds fine. and i am a quasi-audio nut. comes with wired display and wireless remote.
they say hardwire sounds better though, but FM is good enough for me. and for $199 for 12-disc its a pretty darn good deal. go to www.crutchfield.com for it. its the JVC CH-X1100RF
and i'm also looking at getting kenwood component speakers. 6.5" or 6.75" for the door kickers, and 1" tweeters.
anyone know the power rating for the stock non-BOSE system?
