Im getting black. I liked something about the red but it may have been a bit much. So black it is. Pics to follow upon installation.

Get the overlays. Cheaper than painting, you can do it urself in a few minutes, and its removable. Wait til you see em on mine.

When you guys talk about vinyl overlays would it go all over the strips or only as a strip on top reveling the sides in chrome? I think to do it properly the strips would have to be removed unles they could be pushed in there with a lil' chizler.

Ill put it in a sock when Im doing regular overlays, but for the sides Ill take it out of the sock.

It will work. There is a tool I use called lil chisler that can be used to push vinyl into tight places but in this case I think credit card will suffice.

deus i demand pictures. I'm wondering if bat can do an overlay that will give a somewhat black pearl effect on the chrome strips? do you guys think that would become too costly?
