Same goes with the "classy" car...if one want a $300 full exhaust then go get a 240sx.

I was thinking more along the line of parts being out there for us. A wider variety.

true, but if you think about it...there are A LOT of parts out there right now. Some searching is required to see if parts from other cars (mainly 350z and Altima) are compatible.

Research has brought the UTEC, 350z t-stat, and obviously cams and internals.

With f/i now in play...we pretty much have everything "available" just at an ***-raping price!

Peformance yeah, but bodyparts no. Fronts, rears, etc.

Enjoy the new top end!
Thanks a lot bro. I appreciate it.

Yeah it was a lot of money and she is very pretty

Way to go! I'm glad the install went ok for you!

Just to clear up a little something for those that may be reading on and don't already know. It's the Kinetix IM that some people are unsure about.

The NWP Engineering Intake Spacers GrimMax installed hasn't gotten a single bad review since they were release last Spring!

Very nice, the girl and the sound. Seems like the intake gets rid of the slightly ricer (IMO) sound of the CAI. Its hard to tell without hearing it in person and being in the car driving but it sounds good. I doubt the service techs would even notice the spacers as far as warranty claims would go. Solid power gains are always a welcome addition.

Exactly! That is why I designed the spacers to follow the outside contour of the manifold while they are together! For the cleanest and most compact look, I had to make the spacer follow some curves on the LIM as well as the UIM. Same goes for the Elbow spacer.

The bottom line is, I didn't want people to easily notice these spacers once installed. That is one reason why the color black was chosen, among many other reasons.

Hahahahaha!!

I agree with you 100%. The sound is great and its constant during driving which is very awesome. Now I drive with my radio off just to hear it until I get use to it being there. LOL!!

I figured if the SES light comes on then I will first take her to Autozone for a card reading. If any issues then I will just slap the stock back on if the problem is urgent.

The Kinetix IM does NOT come with any kind of spacer. It does come with gaskets made from cork.

Correct the Kinetix comes with a cork gasket attached to the IM that I removed to ensure the NWP engineering spacer kit got a nice airtight sealed fit. The NWP Spacer kit material is a superior quality over the gasket supplied by Kinetix and you don't want to mix the seal material, more potenial for a blow out, especially those vehicles that are boosted or running Juice...

When I took the car in, they gave me these 2 stock looking spacers and said I dont need them anymore. They look like your spacers but are very very thin. I wish I kept them to take pics but I tossed them already.

Damn I should have kept them for a pic. I know that one of them had to have come off where the stock maniolfd and the O2 meet though. But when the shop handed them to me, they really didnt look that different.
