Yes you do, you have to add a 6ohm resistor

Late.. but having issues

I just purchased an 05 Maxima and the rear left blinker doesn't work. I bought bulbs from AutoZone and took out the tail light assembly only to realize there was no bulb for the blinker.. spent many hours searching and finally found a set of tail lights online that look like mine. I believe I have the Ruby red IPCW tail lights. Now, the question is, how do I fix the turn signal? The front blinks very fast and the rear does not blink at all. Same goes with the hazards on. Any help would be appreciated! Thank you!

Still problems

I got it to work. I did the trick above. I did notice, however that in the pictures above, the male connector has 3 wire connectors. Mine only had 2 on the same side and it did not appear there was a spot for a third one. Nevertheless, now the rear left blinker works on and off. It seems to only go off when I'm stopped. But it cuts on and off.
