Single outlet 3" exhaust with Vibrant muffler installed!!
Oh man, Deuski, your tires are facing backwards.
The grooves are supposed to be aligned in such a way that the tread arrows are allways to be facing the foward direction of travel.
Otherwise your tire will be pulling rain in as opposed to pushing it out.
This only matters in wet weather conditions.
Actually i run my tires backwards on the track when its dry to even out the wear.

i really thought it would come out...better...seeing the muffler is really a turn off to me. i likes your old setup alot more. but the weight savings and performance probably pay off for it. i'm glad you like it! i'm looking forward to the videos.
are your tires backwards?

I know the mod was more for performance and sound/tone but it makes the wide ***-end of the Max look unbalanced. For me, 4>1 but I do love the black muffler. Paint the pipe that you can see flat black too to really hide the secret of your sound. Dues is always expanding the Max's zone of influence.

The throttle response is VERY good and the ECU adjusted nicely to the higher RPMs. The sound above 3500 RPMs is absolutely, positively intoxicating. I know its hard to get used to the single pipe versus the OEM quad exhaust, but it really cleans up the rear.

I tacked together two resonators because I need sound reduction. They didnt make one in 20 inches but they did have two that were 14" each for total of 28". I also needed a small diameter resonator and I went with 4" diameter. I could have gone for one resonator at the risk of being too loud. Im very pleased with balance of this system: sound, performance, look, tone quality. Its ALLLL good.

Jesus, what's wrong with you? That looks absolutely terrible.
While one could admire your attempt of something new and different, the end result to most of your mods is catastrophic and always out of place/ugly/tacky/ricerish/stupid.

There is a distinct difference between voicing and opinion and saying hateful things, and some of the nycmaxima members crossed that line. I can take criticism with no problem, and even haters too. Im just simply voicing my observation.
I know my opinion doesn't matter too much but I think it looks good. Need to install that cover a bit better and paint it but other than that looks like it's supposed to be that way. If you didn't know any better you wouldn't even question it. as far as the tires being on backwards, they are. You had me confused so I had to go check out my tires and make sure. there should be a small arrow on them showing you the direction they turn. sometimes it's on the inside wall. +1 on the sound clips and dyno sheets.

Ill get sound clips really soon. I have to get retune since it idles poorly from last tune. Ill get dyno run. I did change my intake but it shouldnt make a difference.
Fak what the haters say. Deus your car sees more track time then any other numpty. This is a true power mod designed for power and track use.
It looks stealthy and awesome, but hey most people that dont like it prolly have chrome rims and some form of noise making subs in their trunks that just weigh the car down even further. They drive around the block half leaning back in their seats, one arm out the window listening to TUPAC with the base cranked. EPIC FAIL!
Deuski you turned this car into a true sports sedan, a car that schools evo's at lone pine. Keep on moddin my friend and schooling the tools.

Link to vid is at post #16. He's serious. Check it out.
Just think what he could do if he put his tires on the right way.
