Maintenance...

I have 2004 SE with 124K miles and was thinking to do a tune up when the weather gets nicer here in Chicago. Here are some things I am thinking of changing
1. spark plugs
2. seafoam the car before changing the oil
3. power steering flush
4. fuel filter

the trans oil is good cause the 5speed auto got rebuilt recently. Air filter is in good shape.

any more things I should look into?

All sounds good, but I don't think you can change the fuel filter. I beleive it doesn't require any maintenance.

The brakes are good so far I am not sure if they were changed by the previous owner or what but yea they are in good shape. Should I look into engine mounts ?

All of the above, plus changing out the radiator hoses or at least inspect the hoses and check your engine mounts.

Same here with the rear 3 plugs. I either did not have the tools, my hands are too big or I did not have the patience. Too painful to change, so I paid the stealership...
