Why will technosquare not help me???

I've called several times asking to speak with the tuner there but the lady that always picks up the phone gives me an excuse. And she keeps telling me no reflash for automatics. I can't get her to explain to me why. I've done some searches but nothing came up. Anyone else know why? Please give me some insight because it's starting to frustrate me talking to this lady at technosquare.

Eh, because they suck, honestly. Where do you live? If you're lucky, you may have a tuner that does Osiris tuning:

I literally work walking distance from technosquare. Does uprev do the tune via reflash?

With Osirus, you'd need a dyno session. The tuner will have the software on their laptop and plug it into the OBDII port to reprogram the ECU. There are videos on YouTube you can check out. Good stuff!

That just means they are lazy, IMO.

Our torque converters make it a wash in the end. Yes you can get the rev limit increase and speed limiter removed and a little A/F map redone, but in the end the converter limits the gains.

I have dealt with technosquare twice. First, they used my ecu to crack the code. Second, I got my car dyno tuned after header install. The dyno tune made the car have an erratic idle and it stumbles off idle a bit. I asked them to fix it and Tadashi said it was the plugs. I replaced the plugs but it didnt fix the problem. I kind of gave up and am living with the problem. There is a bit of a language barrier, so that may be part of the problem. The front office woman is a champion drifter, by the way.
