Noise from under dash (HVAC/heater), please help identify (video)

Hello!

Please help identify the problem with my Maxima's HVAC unit.
The noise has persisted for several years, worsening each season.
NOTE: I have changed the actuator for the passenger side already to no avail. In the video, all functions performed worked as planned (heat/cool,modes all function normally). The issue seems to be with cabin vs fresh air.

Thank you!

I checked the ATC section of the service manual.
On page ATC-34 there is a schematic which tells you where are located the different motors.
What I will do is to access each motor to find the one which makes noise. If I found one I will unplug it to see if the noise goes away.
Because of the noise location on your video, I will first check 2 of them: the "air mix door motor" on the passenger side and the blower motor.
