Still think it's the timing chain ...

Hello all, relatively new member, first post .
'08, 135K miles, TAP under the hood, as opposed to RAP, not on start up, or even cold motor, but not til the engine WARMS up. Quickly lift my foot from the gas, noise stops, til it starts again (unlike everyone else here, who seem to experience it with start up/cold engine).
3 techs, the first says it's a bearing issue; 2nd tech, the Nissan guru ( 14 yrs experience at Nissan) now at a friend's Honda dealership, says timing chain, not motor related; the 3rd says connecting rod.
Understood that all are more than I have to spend; likely tho the timing chain being least expensive, each too much $$$ to risk, Door # 1, 2 or 3.
Thoughts ?
Anyone ?
Thanks in advance, hoping to make this a learning experience.
