Help I changed out the ecm bcm and ignition while a friend added a better ground cable now no crank ..
There is lights on dash , no security light issue...

Have you checked out the NATS antenna amp on the ignition cylinder for power?
Check fuse#35 (15A) in the IPDM. The layout of the IPDM is on PG-27 of the FSM.

Ok I dont have many tools at the moment but the ring is lit up...?

Maybe I'm taking a number of things for granted. When you install a new or used BCM or/and ECM it's not plug and play. You have to have the key reprogrammed. Then write/programme your vin into the ECM. Did you attempt these procedures? If you did and the security light is lit solid then attempt a scan with a scan tool for possible error codes. You could PM me if you consider it necessary.

Reprogram the key is one thing, but no crank is more likely the result of changing the ground. Make sure that the alternator is getting both the juice and the ground before you do anything else.
Does it not click not crank? Battery voltage good?
