Why don’t we stop right here and start all over. For starters, tell us the year, model, and current mileage on the car. Then tell us which gasket you actually replaced Einstein.

lol well I'm gonna overlook the Einstein comment even though it was funny i have a 06 maxima and the manifold gasket was replaced someone replied that it was that the o ring wasn't replaced i mean it went to a shop why wouldn't he know what he was doing u would think i just know the car wasn't doing all this jerking before now I'm no Einstein but i do know that and the mileage is about 157 or roundabout

Sounds like you might have a leaking fuel injector, white smoke and car is jerking...just a guess. I would also take it back to the shop and ask them to double check their work.

That was actually my initial point, but it got missed.

As for the exhaust emissions ... what does it smell like, raw fuel? If so, that’s your answer.

put it in 2nd gear and drive at high rpms for a couple miles. if injector is clogged, might free it up a bit, if there is residual oil in the manifold, it'll burn off. may or may not help. If it was me, I would just get on a highway and do really hard pulls for half an hour, let the car cool down, and check if the problem remains. Worked for me before, might work for you, but if you decide to do highway pulls instead of high rpm driving and get a ticket or crash, don't try and sue me lol.

The jerking could be a faulty spark coil or even a faulty spark plug.
