Thanks for the info anish3232. I'm in Nashville & I just drove a Maxima tonight. I'm sold; I just have to find the right car & pricing. We were thinking about a used '09 SV w/ Prem. Package in Rivergate, but if I can get the kind a pricing I'm seeing, we may go new.

No problem, VPP is a pretty common thing in Nashville. Just ask any dealership employee and they will help you out. It was recently changed to 1500 off Invoice on Maxima's. Before it was 4.3% off Invoice. Make sure you tell them you want VPP Plan A or B.

Willie at Action is really nice he will help you out. I used Nissan of Murfressborro, they were giving the most for my trade-in.

So I should be able to get this in Florida right? So I would get the 1500 under invoice plus whatever incentives right?

Thought I did my homework but after reading this thread I feel like a noob. Got my '10 Max for $35349 fully loaded (everything but the spolier) MSRP was $39k~... First new car, could've gotten a better deal but the other dealership pulled out at the last second for some reason, then the dealership I got mine at didn't want to work the price any further... Got it in March. Meh love and learn I suppose

Just got my '10 Maxima 3 days ago. Costs are as follows:

$33,995 Premium + Tech Package. (Floor Mats, Leather Seats, Nav, Moonroof etc). In Silver.

1.9% Financing (I chose 72 Months as it didn't make a difference how long I did the financing it was a set percent).

~$2,500 in Dealer Fees, State Registration, Bank Fee and Delivery Fees.

Overall I paid $550 a month. THrow on another $20 a month for LoJack. (NYC, I park on streets on occassion. I'd pay the $240 a year for the peace of mind with LoJack).

Got it from Bayridge Nissan.

Picked up my new 2010 Max on Saturday.

Dark slate, premium charcoal leather, Premium + premium tech pkg, spoiler, mats, sub-floor and guards. So when I say fully loaded, I mean exactly that.

Paid $32,963+ tt&l etc etc.

I was looking for places to drive this weekend, just so I could spend more time in it.

EDIT: 15th post, FINALLY. Now I can start threads.

Very nice car (and video). Couldn't tell if you also have the optional spoiler.

I may be a bit biased since mine is a twin down to the same color leather.

Got an offer at Teddy Nissan in the Bronx, after getting some parts.

2010 Frost White SV/Charcoal interior with Sport package, Sport technology package, Monitor package, splash guards, Floor mats+trunk mat. Plus the trade in of my lease. I paid off the lease payments and the buyout is 16,811.23. Dealer stated, $328 a month for 36 months and 12k miles a year, 0 down, only $300.00 for motor vehicle, reg transfer and fees. They are giving me $2000 in rebates, another $2000 for my car and wanted $1000 down but I said I want to pay nothing down. What do you guys think?

P.S:It looks to good to be true, and something seems fishy

That deal sucks bro, lol. Your basicaly giving them 5k upfront, $2000 rebates, $2000 for your car and an extra $1000 down? I got my sport+tech for 320 a month with 3600 at signing. If you want I can get you in tocuh with my guy at Pine Belt Nissan, he will gladly help you out and they are very upfront over there at Pine Belt. Trust me, that deal is garbage DO NOT go for it.

You should be wary of deals offered at Teddy Nissan. I picked up my '10 S from them last year and it was such a hassle. Ended up paying 29k otd, only to come on the org and find out others were getting much better deals (obv this was before I knew about the org). Sgirgiss got a great deal on his lease---I'd speak to his guy first before settling.

Im sorry I made a mistake, the $2000 rebates was included in my deal too, so it looks like the deal they gave you was about right. If they can honor it I would do that deal. because the only thing coming out of your pocket is that 1000 down. they giving you 2k for your car and 2k in rebates so their numbers are good. I put out 3600 out of my pocket, taxes and stuff like that and a little towards the value of the car and they gave me 2k in rebates.

Yea Lake985 is right, I was dealing with Teddy Nissan when I was first shopping and they were complete scumbags, almost bait and switched the hell out of me, offered to beat one price when they had no intention of doing so.

I also have a guy at Bayridge Nissan. Did the whole deal on the phone. I am paying $389 per month with nothing down for SV+Premium+Tech w/spoiler, splash guards and trunk mat. It might be even cheaper now. DMV and tax were extra but I did not put a penny down.

Keep in mind that every $1000 you put down is equal to about $27/month. So if you are getting the same features for $349/month but with $2000 down you are already paying more than the deal I got.

That sounds like a really good deal. I was gonna go to bay Ridge Nissan, but I heard so many bad things about them, I didn't hear any good things at all. Our deal is about equivalent, Im sure out of the 3600 I put down, about 1300-1400 went towards taxes and all that stuff. so 3600-1300 = 2300. 2300/39 = 58. so 389-58 = 333. So our deals were about equivalent. Im paying 322.73 to be exact. The Msrp of your premium+tech is really close to that of my sport+tech, so thats why the numbers are so close.

I wouldn't have gone to them either if the finance guy wasn't my neighbor's brother. Like I said he gave me straight numbers over the phone and found the color I wanted and had it all ready when I showed up. He didn't try to change the numbers on me either while I was there. I think the connection made the difference. I would definitely recommend it as long as he is working there. They were very busy regardless. Seems like a lot of people shop there.

Teddy told me nothing down, just $300 for dmv, reg, and fees, and 328 a month. I gave them the 300 because I needed my dad to sign to hold the car. I went today to cancel it, and he said yea we'll refund it(yea right) so I called my CC company just in case and they said to call back tomorrow when it posts, and they will dispute it. Also Infiniti is giving me some sort of deal, on a G37 sport, with nav for 410 a month and 3100 down for taxes and fees only, no down payment. They say they are going to get me "positive equity" on my 08 Max, which could be a sort of down payment or pay the taxes and fees part. My goal is to have a fully loaded car with no down payment, in the close 300's even less(doubt that's possible) but dont mind paying extra for an Infiniti or A5 or 335i Lol, im so lost help me!

I can tell you now, that there is nooo way you can get a sport tech for 328 a month with zero down. Maybe like 400 a month. Does that price include the trade in on your current car? That deal on the g37 is not very good. It doesnt make sense to put down 3100 and then pay 410 a month. Also, The 335i and A5 are cool but, the onbly thing they have that Max doesnt, besides better performance is a fancy name. I could've got a 3 series or C class Mercedes, but I dont care about the name of the car, I want lots of equipment at a reasonable price.

I went to Gunn Nissan in San Antonio to grab my wife a new 2010 Maxima yesterday. We bought the 3.5 SV Black w/ Tan Leather, splash guards and floormats. I haven't looked at the spec sheet for all the options, I just know she likes it. No Premium, Sport, or Tech package. We were out the door for $27,210 after tax, title and the maintenance plan I added. We traded her 2008 Jeep JK and ended up with about $2000 positive equity, the tax, title, dealer fees, and maintenance plan pretty much ate all the trade value though.

I looked around and that is the best possible car I can buy for that money, not to mention it looks good parked next to my Titan.

Congratulations on your purchase! Welcome to the Maxima club. Did you guys get the cold package, its only like 400 dollars extra to the price of the car, and the monitor package is like 700. Those two are definitley worth it. But I would say you got a great deal. The MSr on your sv is around 34k and you got it for 27k out the door, Definitley a great buy, congrats again!

Thanks for the welcome.

You did see the location, right? It doesn't get below 40 degrees here for more than a week or so in January.

We did not add anything to the car that wasn't on it. Christy wants to add the rear spoiler to it and get the windows tinted, so that should do it. I think the sticker was around $34,500 like you said, so I think we did ok.

We have had a Nissan of some sort for the last 10 years, from a Patrol, a couple Altimas, a Frontier, a couple Maximas, to the Titan they are all great vehicles.
