Definitely the best color, but mine is short lived. I will be trading it this coming week. It's been a fun year, but the Maxima is going to end up with a new home at some point. Keep those Crimson Black Beauties shining.

Love the color during the non-winter months. This winter though? I might as well have a gray car because my car is covered in road salt and grime.
Did a pay and spray when the temps got above freezing and within 24 hours, the car was filthy again.
Of course, this makes me nuts and there isn't much I can do, but so be it.

Well, I did it... I had the Maxima for a year. I traded it on the same day I purchased it a year before. I just couldn't get adjusted to the CVT transmission and FWD. That, plus body squeaks getting in and out. If I were twice my size, I could see the nosy flexing and possible body squeaks. My tail lights started getting moisture in the again (already "dried out" and subsequently replaced) and my driver mirror turn signal started doing the same. I liked the Maxima, but it just "wasn't me". I've gone back to a Dodge and got a Plum Crazy Pearl Charger with a Hemi. Good luck to all you Crimson Black Maxima owners... Keep them shining.

Worst part of having such a pretty color. My car has been filthy most of the winter. I washed it the last time temps jumped above freezing at the local pay and spray.
I'm trying to avoid car washed with spinning brushes more during the winter because I'm afraid of nasty scratches....

Front Lip
Do I need to also buy the side skirts and defuser along with the front lip? Or I can just install it by itself? Isn't it gonna get look goofy just the front lip and keep the stock material that's already there on the side of the car? I believe it comes with a body kit already when I bought it, but I want to make sure first.
Thanks!!
Thanks!!

Damn! When I was shopping for my Maxima I looked at the Crimson Black on the Nissan website. It definitely didn't do the color justice. None of the dealers had the Crimson Black on the lot for me to see how it looked in person so I ended up getting a Super Black Maxima.
Looking at some of the pics here makes me wish that I had waited and tracked down one in crimson before buying...
