2012 maxima sv audio question
Hello all,
I am brand new to this forum and did search for answers before I posted this topic. If a thread already exist with this question I apologize.
First and for most I am a proud owner of a 2012 sv maxima with cold package as well as rearview camera package.
Ive had this car for abt 10 months and wish I could change only one thing. I am in love with the Bose sound system. For factory it sounds great. I get great bass and superb midtones. I would however like to change the highs and lows but with my package this doesn't seem to be present. I am not looking to replace speakers or add bass just have a little more control of highs, mids, and lows. Is this possible. Maybe a firmware update or aftermarket something. What do you guys think
Thanks for taking the time to read my post and looking toward to being an active member on this forum.
Thanks
Michael

Welcome to the forum Mike. As for the lows, mids, and highs..I personally haven't seen or heard about this before. But, where there is a will there is a way. I will ask my guy who works on electronics and see if anything could be done. I wouldn't start messing with the audio sound system if you're still under warranty..that could be a touchy field when dealing with Nissan.
