Intermittnent problem with MAF. P0101
I have a 2011 Nissan Maxima 3.5SV Stock as far as I know. I have codes P0101 & P0103. I have pulled the code from my own tester. MAF Sensor & High Voltage on circuit? I have changed my air filter and the MAF Doubled check the position of each and the tightness of the filter housing for leaks. The car is drivable, however certain moments Usually on idle it stalls out. I an start the car, but when I compress the gas its "STUMBLES" having no acceleration or power. I can pull over shut the car down and it seems to RESET the issue briefly or until I have to come off the accelerator. ( red light or in traffic). The vehicle runs decent on highway when in higher gears. I can feel lack of power however. But once I slow down and come down in gears or car is at idle...that's when it wants to "STUMBLE".
THANK YOU FOR ANY KNOWLEDGE OR EXPERIENCES. Trying to DIY rather than go to mechanic.

I just recently received the P0101 MAF sensor error code. I bought the MAF sensor cleaner and cleaned the sensor well, but the check engine light remained on. To further troubleshoot the problem, I took the air box and the air duct that connects the air box to the throttle body out of the car and cleaned/inspected it. I found that the air duct started to crack at each end where the connection clips are located. One of the cracks was to the point where it produced an opening for air to escape. From what I've read, this may be causing the error code, so I ordered a new air duct and am currently awaiting its arrival. If the check engine light doesn't go away, replacing the sensor will be my next step.
I'll continue to update.
I'll continue to update.

Update .. Received the air duct and replaced the old cracked one. A day later the check engine light turned off and has been off ever since. Gas mileage and power went back to normal, so I'm declaring this one to be fixed.
