2019 Maxima Battery Drain

Hello all. I am a new member and purchaced a 2019 SL about a month ago. After about 3 weeks the car battery started dyingovernight.I took it to the dealership who stated the battery checked out fine and it was the ECM causing the drain. The dealership replaced the ECM but it is still doing the same thing. Just curoius if anyone else has had this problem. Thanks.

My 2017 wouldn’t start when I was leaving work to go home tonight. Luckily I had a battery jumper. But the battery is less than a year old. I am going to get it checked out. If I learn anything I will post.

I would have just replaced the battery. These cars have alot of electronics(elec power steering, stereo system etc) the first time i encountered issues......i would turn hard the power steering would stop working and the car would come out of gear.....i charge it overnight and it would be fine....but at the end of the work day it took multiple tries to start(bad cell in the battery I guess)...replaced battery and its all good again. Im currently going through this again(but i sit for long periods with the accessories on sometimes...btw the radio has a fan..lol...its my fault for these issues cause i sit with acc on too often)Anyway I have an old dayton trickle charger that I charge the car with every night
and it helped it seems...cause for a week i had issues and now it seems to have healed itself..and im good...so just replace the battery and go from there
Ecm would have not been my first thought

Well put. My 2016 did this as well at about 3 years in. Battery checked out but replaced it anyway and never had an issue till I traded it in.
