Very nice, looks like you have a lot of work ahead of you.

Can you take pics of the motor mount and steering rack setup?

Unless your not planning on having a drivers side footwell, I think your going to need a few changes to the turbo dump pipes or turbo position...

VIS makes a hood...

Let me know when you get rear suspension pics mounted on the car(rear trailing arm, suspension, rear axle)

Some of your pics are very up close and I cannot tell what they are. But either way continue the good work!

interesting... i was wondering if you had any more pics of the floorboard area where you made room for the transmission, as well as pics of the engine's position relative to the strut towers, as far as weight distribution is concerned. i'll be interested to see your front//rear weight balance when you're done. hopefully you can get it pretty close to 50/50. are you leaving the front wheels in their original position, and leaving the wheelbase the same as it was in the FWD configuration? or had you considered trying to move the front wheels up some to help your weight balance?

well the front wheel is staying the same and for the cut in the floor board i think i have some pics but they are a bit dark i will find them and post them as far as weight distribution its a bit off towards the front but not that much 53/47 but should balance out when the project is done

Nice, but:

1. I don't know what I'm looking at exactly.
2. It's blurry as all hell.

Clear pics would be great. If it's in brooklyn, PM me and I can stop by and check it out, or help out.

Ive never seen or heard of anyone actually following through with this. MANY have claimed to either want do it or that they were going to with no results.

Not sure, It would be costly compared to some CF hoods. He would have to make a new mold and etc.

Make sure you run some gutted CVs in the fronts to seal your bearings and keep them in one piece. It'd be awesome to if you cut the bell off in a lathe too.

yeah thats what I thought at first too but then you can see them (rear wheels) kick up a bunch of snow.

found this is my search too which I am also sceptical of but not sure how else you would make the car spin like this on dry pavement at such low speeds.

go to mickey d's and steal some of those trays they give you when dining in, put them under your rear tires, engage e-brake, enjoy. of course the also make aluminum plates just for that purpose too, though.

Makes sense.. never heard of anyone doing that, probably because we have snow for half of the year anyways and the fwd guys get their fill then.

To the OP, you may find some of these pics usefull.. It's an altima with a RWD conversion seems like they used the whole front subfram and grafted in the rear strut towers.. worth a look. Too bad there are no finished product pictures/vids..
