Just Installed W6 and 250/1 and WOW!!
I added a LOC to my bose system off the rear speakers. Using only moster cables, 4 gauge power and a 1/2 farad cap this thing sounds amazing. Its 1 12'' W6v1 in a sealed box and JL 250/1 amp. Pearl96 gave me a great deal on the amp and I bought the sub off another org member, thanks guys.
For the install I cut a peice of wood to fit in the back of the trunk where that black piece of plasic is, Drilled holes for all connections and then carpeted. The cap is on the left side of that pass though and the amp is on the right. The sub box fits right in between in front of the pass though. Looks very clean without wires everywhere. This was my first time installing any car audio stuff and couldn't have even started without the help of the search function here on the org.
If anyone is interested I'll try and post some pics of the install. Its real simple, clean, and saves trunk space.
