Deck question - 2k maxima

Does anyone know whether or not this kenwood deck would fit in my car? Crutchfield says it doesn't, but I dont see why it wouldnt. It fits the 4th gens just fine. Thanks for any help!! http://www.crutchfield.com/cgi-bin/S...o&i=113DPX4030

ask an installer, go by their chart its pretty accurate

Yes it will fit, but modifications must be made to the trim ring....
