What type of door lock do we have on our fourth gen maximas. I have a GLE with Power locks and factory alarm. I am installing an Autopage RS 750-LCD and cannot get the door lock mechanism to work properly with the alarm.

Positive trigger
Negative trigger
5 wire alternating

We are stumped. My friend/installer has dome 20+ installs of remote paging type alarms.

We need help!!!!!!

It's not 5 wire, b/c most fords are that. The tech sheet that I faxed you should have said it what it is. I can't remember what it is right now. Maybe Don can chime in here soon

 

3 wire negative trigger

 

i think it called double pulse.

call autopage, they will send a sheet on the wire install or call Don from NJ. he does maximas all the time.
