Thanks bud. I've been working hard lately to get the car ready for the show "circuit" next year. I go to a lot of the shows as a spectator anyway, so I figured why not enter them. I still have a couple of new things coming for it.

Almost finished guys, I can't wait to post my pics I finally got the neons working tonight and they look so sweet, all 6 of them. 2 in the box, 2 on the amps and 2 on the sub. I should be able to post pics no later than monday. Just trying to figure out how to completly hide all my wires and keep them from coming out when I slide the box all the way back. 4 gauge wire doesn't bend well

Lex & E, I am thinking about re-doing the back so I have a question about your plexiglass. How think? 3/4 and how is your seal? I didn't get a real good seal on mine and I don't understand why? What inch screws did you use, 1 1/4, 1 5/8 or 2 inch?. Also, I dig the paint, it is has that graphite look, who sells that? Now I am inspired again and I just finished my box

The plexi was special ordered by Sunset Sound & Security. The paint I believe was bought at Home Depot. The screws are 1 1/4. The sealant on Lexus_2nv's came with the subs. I picked up something similar from a local hardware store, its a window insulation. 3M adhesive on one side and a thin foam layer on the other, 3/4in.

MTX basket, also used by Adire and a few other companies. You should hear it with a good linear motor system.

As opposed to which "fake" one?

It looks like an Eclipse or an Alumapro.

It is a Stryke Audio AV-15, it looks similar to eclipse subwoofers because the company that makes all of the eclipse subwoofers, TC Sounds, makes this one. Its performance is very similar to an adire audio brahma 15, I have one of these in my car...at the price of $205, I got it for $175 because of the preorder.

I highly recommend this subwoofer...I beat two JL audio 12W7's in an SPL competition.

Sorry they also offer a 12inch version for $175 similar to adire audio brahma 12....

E,
I know you wanted maxima trunks but I have to post this, this is one of the best installs I have seen. I has provided me with a lot of ideas for the box that is under construction right now. I bet I have looked at this install for 2-3 hours and I ever time I notice something new or figure out how they did something. The one thing I still can't figure out is he says those are 12W6's which require 1.25 ft internal volume, there is no way each one is 1/2 that. Anyway, enjoy and sorry if it makes anyone mad by me posting another vehicle.

I just finished this aperiodic box. I am absolutley ecstatic about the results. Incredibly detailed, quick, tight bass that flawlessly integrates with my front soundstage. Check out my homepage for install pics on page 7.
