I have 3 JL 10w3's and the only reason I have them is because it cost me $150 in a box.

 

I don't mean to slam JL too much, but as others point out, it's those who buy it without really listening or knowing what in the hell they're talking about and act like it's the best equipment out there ... and it clearly isn't.

Anyway ... one of my favorite setups involved a Taurus SHO and 3 10W6's in a perfect sealed box. That system was SO LOUD it was ridiculous. So I'm not TOTALLY anti-JL ... just mostly

 

I finally got my slow a$$ internet to load those pics. It looks awesome. I saw a similar install in a Sound Advice ad, I think it was done in Tampa. I like JL just fine. I looked at the differences between the W7 and the Diamond TDX's. I just couldn't bring myself to buy 2 12's for $1K. After hearing a TDX/D9, I was hooked. My wallet and my wife thanked me. I have a better warranty with the TDX's and the D51500.1 then JL could have ever offered me as well. That is why I chose Diamond over them.

Back on topic, I love the install. I would also love to hear it. The deadener on the doors is weak. They didn't even cover the whole thing. That is the only thing I saw that I would have put a bit more time on.
