'97 stubborn ashtray.

Hey folks.

Trying to wire up a CD changer and I can't seem to get the ashtray out. The left-hand screw comes out but it seems stuck on something on the right side.
Any ideas?

TIA!

no bolt for the ashtray over there, its just a clip. should be able to just pull with a bit of force...

Open the ash tray before you take it out. Then pull straight out, there is a metal clip on the right side.

Couldn't have put it better. It will come out despite seeming to be stuck

Yea, that did the trick. Looks like it "had" two clips and one was missing.

Thanks again guys! Now to figger out where to hook up the 10 disk changer. Sony CDX-555RF
