GXE vent assembly install?

I jsut received my GXE kit from Daveb.

I bought the pocket to go along with this.
Is there any hardware needed to install this in a 02SE.
Screws bolt ect...

No reuse the old ones. And w/e comes with the new HU..

I never had old screws. I had the unit installed at tweeter. Used a schoche I think. not sure if I have extra hardware in the box I will look when I get home

You're going to need some standard HU screws to get the pocket and HU to mount to the OEM bracket, then the GXE just pops right in.
