Yes. You have a grille. Not the replacement we spoke about. When I spoke to you you seemed as everything was fine and there was no need to bash us in any way. As a matter of fact when you called I gave you the option to do whatever you wanted in respect to your situation with your grille. I granted exactly what you wanted. You could have a grille to ride around with untill I recieved the other one which would replace the defective one you recieved. Customer Service? That was more than exceptional. I havent been able to contact the manufacturer to recieve the replacement grille that you and I spoke about yet. Instead of going on the org and blasting me and my company and not talking to me again because you became unhappy about an issue is just............. So I am publicly asking you to send the grille back that you are unhappy with, I will refund you every dime you have paid me and I will not do business with you again. This way you have nothing to complain about. No need to call me, My number just changed. Once I see the box show up with the grille then you will recieve a full refund. If it is damaged any further than your wonderfull pictures posted on the org, then you will recieve nothing!
To everyone else:
Anyone who has ever come in contact with me or knows me will tell you that I am the type of person who will bend over backwards and stress myself out for anyone no matter who it maybe. I will even take too kindly to some of the things that people have said or done to me. However for me to make a post like thisis out of my character and takes alot, like 4 threads about the same thing. So to everyone else, you have my public Apology!

I guess it's just me, but if I were running a business I would think the face that I'm putting out there to the public should be top notch. I wouldn't pass out business cards promoting myself to be a professional of any sort if the business card wasn't professional itself. Same with the the front page of my website. That's all.
You probably could find some posts of mine with grammatical errors. However, I guarantee you if I made a website promoting my business it would contain no such errors.
Either way though I was being silly. Hence the "o_O"

Better luck with his next car.

I’m in total agreement with your second comment...

Re-read, because I too, believe this was an permanent response to a rather temporary situation ........
