Friday I took my bosses 98 Grand Cherokee 5.9 to the track.HEHE I love that truck man. My first run, I just drove up to the track and the sportsman lanes were running. So I ran at full temp and everything, even with the aircon. on. Man, 2.14 60' and 9.9at68mph in the 1/8 then sped out the back door at an astouding 85mph at a time of 15.69.(hehe). Next run, this time my friend has his front seat in the back of my truck, and another friend rode along with me, not to mention a FULL tank of gas (like 20gallons or somthing). Took out the air filter this time. Man a 2.12 60' and a screeming 15.55 at 85mph. I must say not bad for a SUV. The fulltime four wheel drive helped out I amagin(hehehe). I probabaly used about 10 gallons of gas in those two runs, frikin gas hogg. It was fun though. No special tricks, just went to the line, staged, waited for the third tellow light, then floored it, and POOF be gone(hehe) got to love all that monsterous torque and foor wheel drive. That was a pretty fun night. Next week I will take my private company vehicle. A 2000 F-250 with a V-10 ( " NOT" )
