NOS is faster.. just that SC dont run out of boost

50 shot NOS AUTO maxima's run low 14's
6.5 PSI SC AUTO maxima's run mid to high 14's

I remeber SteveChicagoSC posting about dynoing with S/C and a small shot of NOS (I think ~25 shot).

Steve's never run at the track with NOS and SC, but on the dyno, with a .028 jet, he gained 50 hp (like 48hp actually) from a 30 shot jet. That's because not only did it introduce more oxygen into the engine, but it cooled the intake charge dramatically. Compressing the charge with a blower makes the intake charge heat up alot, so cooling it produces power, and more oxygen produces power. So basically he got 30 hp from the oxygen in the N20 and 20 hp from cooling the intake charge. Also, intercoolers don't work nearly as well when you are sitting still as when you are moving, so that would have some effect too im sure.
