Is the OBX fully stainless ,because i know for a fact the SP isnt,MY greedy is rusting heavely. Its sad that the muffler is fully stainless and no Bpipe hooks up to it.

I have a 96, it does fit on it, but it will stick a little bit out of back bumper. You can keep liek that, it only sticks out a little, or they can cut a piece out for you at a muffler shop. I am going to get it anyway.

95-96 and 97-01. He wanted me to tell everyone that, so hopefully this helps.

The OBX is 2.5" mandrel bent, all polished stainless steal.

I do not know what the Greddy is, I assumed it was all SS.

Fellas I am telling you, this is a great buy! (I have nothing to gain from saying this, I'm just sharing my thoughts about my new exhaust)

if you have any questions for the seller of these products then email: auction@ssautochrome.com

thanks
cool turnout so far, so whos keeping a tally here? whats the total number so far? how much will each be? im sure there are at least 5-10 so far, so just in case, I will need a 97 setup....

I have seen this in person and compared it to my Greddy Catback. The only difference to me was the size of the tip, Tony's was like a 1/2" smaller in diameter compared to mine. Evrything else to a "t" was the same. But actually his b-pipe was fully polished SS, that was very impressive looking.

As far as sound, its litterally just as loud as my Greddy SP. Tony has the budget Y pipe on there too and i couldnt believe that it wasnt louder than my setup. I only have the PR-CAi and Greddy.

If i wouldnt have bought the GreddySP when i did, i def would have bought the OBX-CB.

So does anyone know for sure if one of the exhausts will fit a 96 I30? I tried searching but can't seem to find an answer.
If it fits--I will take one.
thanks guys.

there are two OBX catbacks as noted above, one for 95-96 and one for 97-99 ( i guess only difference is length of tip so it doesnt look super nasty on the shorter bumper 95-96. Just look around for any aftermarket piping that would fit on a 96 I30 and fits on a certain year maxima...depending on that, pic the right catback...

OBX makes 3 systems--95/96, 97/98, and 99+. Are they offering the 99+ system at this price? You may get a lot more people interested if they are selling the system that fits the early 5th gens.

i am this close, THIS CLOSE to selling my 2k1 muffler, my lower end intake and adding extra cash to get this catback man. I need something very quiet, like as quiet but better sounding than a 2k1 muffler with y-pipe. Have you compared this to a greddy with y-pipe? if so, how does the sound compare? lower? higher? and more importantly, how does it sound when it starts up? When my pops gets in the car in those cold mornings, i want him to think i still have 2k1 muffler on, let me know guys, if you give me the right words, i'm going in the group deal .
