I'm getting ready to install the MEVI w/ JWT ecu, and later next month I will be installing Turbo setup for my 98 Max.

What is the best pully for my setup? Underdrive pulley or regular pulley?

I got my pulley yesterday, 3/23. I made payment a week ago. Nick's a busy guy so don't get too prissy if he doesn't respond all the time. He'll get your goodies to you, no need to worry.

how much lighter is this than the unorthodox? and are they the same diameter? will such difference make noticeable gains? ( i have an unorthodox underdrive pulley on my car now)

i got my pulley 3/23 and i was supprised i thought these batches were cheaper because there was something wrong with the finish on it but my pulley was flawlwss, thanx for hookin us up nick and i appologize if ive been a lil impatient.

 

the pulley arrived in the mail today 3/25/04 it took about a week just as expected...never worried one bit . however I would have like a tracking number via email.

Looks bigger than the pics online, but pics are deceiving. Too bad he didn't have any silver left, blue is just as nice.

now i have to find time to slap it on and test it out, hopefully the install will be trouble free. can't wait to free up the revs!!!

does anyone know where i can get the gates belts for this application? what is the difference between gates belts and bando? are the bando still available?

 

me too, im having a hard time finding gates. does anyone have the size number for other brands. i tried pepboys, autozone, discount autoparts. i realy want to get them local and dont want to pay shipping.

 

do i need the rear crankshaft seal? and is it a crank seal and retainer? how much does it cost? anyone?

 

The torque spec on the bolt is 140 ft lbs according to the directions you sent me. It seems like a lot. Especially on aluminum. Are you sure this is ok? I guess I already put them on to that spec.
