I got the 50mm flange and it didnt fit. I think they are made for 2" piping. the 60mm flange wouldve fit the curve of the 2.5" IC piping better. I ended up having to grind down the flange to make it fit better since I got the wrong one.

Again when in doubt, hammer it into place or grind the shiet of out it to get it to fit. Its all about the fit man!

Shiet.... the larger flange still aint going to work on 3.25" piping, i say get the 65mm and get him to grind the edges and it will fit. Thats what the welder did on my 50mm for the 2.5" piping even though it was supposed to be for 2" or smaller piping.

the only reason why i went 50mm is because i'm probably only going to see like around 8 psi..

i didnt think the 65mm flange would be needed...

I thought the flange has nothing to do with how much psi you are going to run, I thought it has to do with the arc on the bottom so it can fit the piping for a clean fit and weld.

flange size is the opening.. obviously the bigger boost levels you have, the bigger the hole you need to vent faster..

hence 50mm is for smaller boost applications.. it just so happens that the curvature of the piping causes trouble..

if all it takes is some grinding, then thats fine.. i'll just lop off the part where the SSQV bolts onto and weld a new connector piece to the bottom of it...
