Well, I'm not sure if you did this but untighten the belt tension screw. This screw is located between the Crankshaft pulley and the Alternator. This tension screw pushes down on the idler pulley so maybe this is your problem. Oh and I think you already saud you did this but make sure you untighten the other tension screw behind the Power steering for the small belt. Hope that helped if not post again.

Ciao

You have to loosen the pump I think there is 1 screw that holds it, look around the pump it should be there. Idler pulley is for the alternator.

PS pump can be stuck in place, try force. or a metal bar.

I never really done it but i worked around PS pump and I took a good look at it. It is a bolt that's at a 90 degree angle, not clearly visible from front. You need to go under and behind, i think. If still in doubt loosen everything around it, except hoses & pressure lines.

well i got my pulley installed and all the belts as well. Gains are moderate, kind of what i expected. The car revs more freely and with the A/C it has more kick than before. Over all i'm satisfied. I'd like to thank BluFlame and nismomaxima97 for the advice, which came in handy. Thanks guys!
