Put some high temp sealant on the valve since cutouts like this tend to leak.

You guys both went with the 2.5" diameter pipe right? Neither of you wanted 3" Y to 3" test pipe/cutout?

I have hotshot headers so that wasn't really a option.

Nope, I did the 3" Cattman headers to a 3" cutoff in a 3" test pipe to the 2.5" Cattman cat-back...which actually measures out to be 2.75" (for some reason)

As warspeed is taking a million years to make this 3" y pipe, i might have to stick with a 2.5" y pipe to the 3" cutout . Friggin A.

Yes, you are right the factory auto is crap. That is why I had to get custom built auto tranny fro NRH. If you want an auto that is the only way to go in my opinion. Also, I am runing a SC at well over 300hp and the custom tranny is guaranteed til 500 hp.
If not your only option is a 5 speed.
