Mine is in a similair position as yours but the compressor inlet is facing more toward the fender. It ended up being very tight and I cant run a normal sized filter because my cold-side charge pipe runs right by the fender.

I was thinking about haveing my turbo "backwards" but there ended up being more cons then pros so I decided against it.

anyway you can run the intercooler piping like this? I think he is using the vq30det manifolds.

Any info on that IC? I've been searching for one like that to upgrade to since my IC set up is similar to that. IMO, I think that is probably the most efficient way to run IC on our cars.

wunfstmax- looking good! Be aware of that downpipe clearance, mine is like that with a 3in oval pipe and looking at it, I'm still hitting the front section (right at the bend).

I'd definitely be interested in a set of these, if you're willing to make a few more sets.

So I did some reworking on it to make it equal length. I didnt take a picture of the crossover pipe, but now all thats left is to weld the wastegate pipe and flange, then the turbo inlet

Where does the crossover pipe join? Is it part of the collector pictured here?

Is there a brace for the turbo ? Would be best if there was some kinda brace holding up the turbo/manifold flange up. Manifolds like that don't have enough strength to hold a huge heavy turbo.... I would hate to see it crack.

I would say the manifold doesnt see much stress, the point where the two pipes join(rear to front) would see the most of it. I can make a brace, for insurance.
