Calling all 6th Gens...Show me your wheels!

Looking to install aftermarket 18" wheels for my 06 Maxima. Please let me know if your car is lowered and what size tires are you running.

Anyone running 18x8.5 with 255/40/18 tires? Any rubbing issues?

Thanks!

I just went with the Stock wheels dipped in chrome. It's the cheapest way to go. If you got plenty of cash, go with 19s or 20s but be warned that most 19 and 20 inch tires are fairly expensive. And I am not dropped (yet)

You can see more pics on my domain site.

If I go larger than 18, I will have to buy new set of tires also. Besides, my budget isn't infinite. Also my goal is more cosmetic than performance. I would rather spend money on wider (255/40/18) tires than bigger wheels.

I completely agree! Just saw your cardomain site. Looks NICE!
Other than eBay, what are my options to get my OEM wheels dipped in Chrome. A quick search on .org forums revealed some locations in California. I am in Chicago. What are my options to go this route?
Thanks.

Check sigs in 6th gen forum. There are a few guys running aftermarket 18's, don't know the width. I think they are running 245's.

if u got the doug go 4 bigger, But 18s look good especially if you r goin to drop the car. N u willstill have the ridin comfort, remember 6gens ride a little tight so if u put 20s might ride rough. All depends where u live n hows ur drivin.

Im running 19x8.5 on 255/35/19s. I say got a size bigger, especially if the wheels will have a lip.
