http://images.cardomain.com/installs...63_23_full.jpg When ever I hit a slope in the road I can hear the bushing make a squishing noise.

First of all, I don't know what the hell I'm talking about.

But it sure looks to me like you've over-tightened it. I don't think the bushings are supposed to buldge out so much like that normally.

apply a little oil or lube to the bushings before instalation(too late heh) they are probably dry that is why they are squishing.

i dont know if that is the problem but they said that on an episode of trucks i saw sunday heh, if you dont lubricate em they will make a squishy sound.

they look fine to me.

Where did you get those bushings from? How much did they run you?

yeah, you squished them a little much, but you'll be okay if you just back the nut off a bit..

if you still have any of that white grease that came with the kit, squeeze some of that on all the bushings again. if you don't have any, just any really heavy grease will work. the thicker, the beter.

mine are actually tightened all the way to the end of the threads. so i can't tighten it anymore. yours look like mine do. i've never had a problem with noise. good luck though. Oh, when you do the back, be careful with the 2 main bolts on each side. i broke one on each side and ended up having to drill them out. it wasn't fun! anyway, let me know if you have any problems. i've got both as well you'll love em! best mod i've done so far. ..

white lithium grease won't help too much. you need that stuff that looks like errr...whitish glue..sorta like snot and another bodily fluid.

it's very sticky. if it didn't come w/ the bar call up who ever sold u the bar and ask for it.

I had this problem, I guy at a performance shop said to grease with waterproof grease, about every 6 months. He was right. It's been 6 months, and it started squeakung again, so I lubed it again, and it went away..again.
