if it is such a good deal. and such a great car. makes you wonder why no one is offering you $$$ doesn't it? not.

it would be fun to bring it to a dealship and ask them whats wrong with it. say you just bought it and you can't figure out whats wrong =] good for a laugh....

Why is nobody buying it, because you can buy a 2002 maxi for like 16k. Grant it, for 16k you get alot of miles on it, but you know as well as I do the engine/tranny will go at least 250k miles if taken care of. Yes thats more than the 2000 but then the 02 was built and designed to be used with a VQ35DE not a VQ30DE and comes with a warranty and you don't have the registration issues. I'd be seriously impressed if this were in a 4th gen but like others have said this isn't much of a thing its the same body so all the parts fit, he had every electrical part on hand from the donor car so he should have had zero fitment problems. Motor and tranny mounts should have been similar but then he had a template from the other car. All this said, I still give you a huge thumbs up, way over my abilities. Good luck on the sale and please this was my opinion or 2 cents as some say. Chris

Careful 02VQ, I went that route earlier in this thread and got heat from it; although I stand by my comments. BTW,
