I'd go to the dealer and get touch up paint. If you have a shop mix the color for you, it will be more expensive. Of course it all depends on how much paint you need. If you get touch up paint from the dealer, make sure to shake it very well. The metal tends to settle at the bottom.

Are you on the original coils? Have you tested the cylinder 6 coil? Swapped it out to another cylinder to see if the misfire follows it?
