How much did you pay? *New car shopper*
Just picked up a 2012 SV with 12k miles, I have no clue what the Tech package is, but it has Nav, backup camera, bluetooth audio and everything I wanted (except remote start). Got it for 28k OTD and so far so good.
Not sure if it is as speedy as my old 2001 Acura CL-S, but I'm pretty sure the transmission will hold up much better :-)

Hi all
New here I am looking at a '13 Maxima SV 3.5 with the premium package and the premium tech package, only other options are splash guards and the 5 piece floor trunk mat set. Brilliant Silver with the premium charcoal interior. They have the car listed for 41800 on the lot. I have them down to 33335 before my trade and down payment. Does this seem like a good price?
thanks, This is in Connecticut
Mike

Floating some offers
I have a couple of offers on the table.
One is for a 2011 Premium Tech SV with Floor/Trunk Mats, Splash Guards and Spoiler MSRP $41,110 offered at $31,810 + TTT.
The other is a 2012 Premium Tech SV with Floor/Trunk Mats, Splash Guards and Sub Floor Organizer MSRP $41,575 offered at $32,540 + TTT.
Thoughts folks? Both of these are VPP however I have a few other dealerships dangling some Internet prices to me a little lower and it seems that a number of you are getting 2013's for around these prices.
I should mention that this is in CT.
Looking for
Thanks!

Looking at a brand new 2013....right off the bat I have a question:
why are the base MSRP prices for a SV on the internet different from the base MSRP price on the actual window sticker?
My local dealer has 35,080 for the base price on the sticker. Same car on Edmunds, Carsdirect, etc. base price is 33,240. I see there may be a 700.00 difference in whats "standard" (window sticker shows premium tech package at 1850, internet shows it at 1150 because the monitor portion of it [700.00] is included in the base price of the SV) but that still leaves quite a bit of $$$ difference between the two.
Any ideas? It doesnt seem to be just that dealer either, so I have to wonder what Nissan is using/providing to other sources.
Thanks.

2012 Brilliant Silver/Charcoal SV Premium Tech. 152 miles on it. Mats, splash guards, trunk sub floor organizer w/emergency and first aid kits. Also added rear spoiler. $32,000 + TTT.
Sitting on the warranty for a few days. They are offering 96 month/100k miles at cost for about $1,800 and they may throw in oil changes as well. If no oil changes will go to Santa Rosa for their deal at a little over $1,600.

New Memeber
Hey guys new to the forum but wanted to share that I'm a new owner of an 09 Max S. Loved the car as soon as I saw it, 32k Miles, garage kept from original owner supposedly (looks that way though too) 21,000 out the door!!! Starting my mod list as we speak! Can't wait!
2012
2012 SV Premium, window sticker $41,500. Officially paid $31,888, they wouldn't go down on that number, but they gave me more on the trade-in when I dug in, so it was right at $31k.
Traded in an Acura TL with 214,000 miles on it, with a frozen brake caliper grinding the rotor, bad rear end and worn tires, they gave me $3500 (the Acura dealer offered me $1500).
First post in maxima.org!

I had a smiliar deal and the car fax showed the car was a rental so I passed
Private owner ? Most people say to avoid rentals but the way I have seen people who lease cars treat them I follow the same rule ESPECIALLY if it's a corporate lease. Yours is to new to be a lease I believe.
According to the carfax it was a personal lease for 8 months with one owner. No reported issues.
I think I got a good deal
I just bought another 2012 (sold the 1st one) and paid 27k out the door. A SV Premium with 20,700 miles, tech package with a 7yr/100,00 mile bumper to bumper AND a lifetime power train warrantee (both with no deductible). The dealership glazed and sealed the paint and threw in a full set of weathertech floor mats and trunk mat. The car looks brand new.
I'm pretty happy with the deal

I know it's not brand new but my wife just bought a silver CPO 2010 SV with 12k on it for 20k. Got the extended warranty and whatever the one is that covers if you curb a rim, etc. All together paid almost 25. I really tried to convince her to go with the tech package but she wouldn't budge.
