External ground lighting

Hey y’all I just got the external ground lighting installed in my 17’ maxima and I noticed only one side will light up and it will switch sides. Does anyone know of a fix for this? I called the dealership that installed it but they haven’t gotten back to me abt it. Sucks bc it’s a cool feature and I paid enough for it

Certainly, a wiring issue. Both my 16 and 19 Max had this. both sides should light up. The fix is to check the wiring and the power feed they used.

ok thanks! Were you able to do this yourself or you brought it back to the dealership?

Simply schedule an appointment with the installing dealer for repair.

Exactly. This is a no-brainer. You paid for installation, they need to fix it.
