ahh, i see. Not sure what struts i have but judging by the exhaust work that was done on it before i got it (same owner that lowered it) I'm guessing the lowering was half-assed as well

I don't like the turning radius our 92 BMW 750IL has a better one. The trunk button is a problem sometimes. The fact the the BOSE has issues with the CD player. Another one is the big difference in mpg in town and highway.

my dad's ford explorer has a smaller turning circle than my car...his car is easier to park and manuver in parking lots too...that's one of the thing i hate about our max...the damn 40ft turning radius...i feel fat =/

The rattle in my deck lid when the sub hits (known issue for 2000-2001 but really annoying)
My failing throw out bearing which is requiring a new clutch (although with 134k on the clutch I guess I shouldn't complain.)
And count me as another vote to the turning radius. Wish it was a little smaller!

Auto
Hate the way it shifts. When my foot is at half 3/4ths throttle that doesn't mean shift at 2500 RPMs and bog the engine, when I put my foot through the floor that doesn't mean make more noise, slip the TC and go a little faster that means "I am here and I wnat to be there NOW!"

Blose HU You would think with a name like Bose they would put a more reliable changer unit in the car. I can say I havent used a CD in my car since 3 months afer buying it. Speaking of which The year was 2002 you dolts why couldn't you have put MP3 capabilitys in the dammed headunit!

The rear springs REALLY suck. I have nothing in the trunk. yet when I have ONE passenger in the back seat why oh why Nissan does my car RIDE ON THE BUMPSTOPS!

The Autoseat. Thanks, I LOVE unsticking the motor because your stupid programming still forces the seat motor to move the seat back even though IT IS ALREADY RESTING AGAINST THE STOPS!

Ride level it's stupid. Crazy tall in the front stupid short in the back.

Alternator postion, This is a common servicable part it should be in the front not on the bottom.

Belt tentioner, Why didn't you make this spring loaded? It would have saved me a lot of hassle when I had to take the whole thing out because some wrench monkey overtightened the pulley nut.

Who designed the rear sheetmetal of the trunk? Where can I find them and SLAP them? You have a nice blend of sharp lines and curves then you come to the *** of the car. You have sharp lines where there should be curves and curves where there should be sharp lines.

Change tray/ash tray. Why is this a puzzle to get out when the car is in Park? That's usually when I have to dig for change.

Inset rear wheels, Why?

Solid beam rear instead of RWD. Personally I think this car would have been more of a winner if it was RWD. "Four Door Sports Car" sorry, real sports cars are RWD.

Turning radius my old Crew Cab Dually had a better turning radius. Yes, Seriously. Even my Bronco on 35s outturns this car by about 15 feet.

Sorry the OP asked for it.

94 GXE here...

I hate that the rear window switches are almost impossible to get to without getting a cramp in your left hand from the door pull location...

I hate that the center console armrest is so small and far back...

I hate that the $100+ injectors require an entire evening to replace...

I hate the the odometer has a mind of its own...

Otherwise, great car for being 14 years old...

The fact that i've owned it for 3 months and it's already been to the shop more times than my 1992 S-10 with 220K. The car was absolutely babied by the previous owner so I know it wasn't abused. One more trip to the shop before the end of the year and I'm done with Nissan.

The thing I hate about mine is that it's a 1999, from CA, I'm in Canada and the ECU is busted.

Talk about lots of not-so-good stuff to happen all at the same time :P

I hate going to the Nissan dealership with a problem and the guy tells me that he does not want to waste his time with me (and that is because I drive relatively cheap 98 GXE). He was very happy to help the other guy there who drove 09 Maxima. F***en moron.

The sh*t suspension on my 96 Maxima. Everytime I hit a bump in the road, turn too hard, or accelerate to quick you'd thing the car was about to fall apart. Also, when the suspensions not shaking itself to pieces, it's so frickin bouncy, I'll go over a speed bump and my suspension will still be bouncing up and down for the next 300ft. Oh well, time to upgrade

I hate that every driver's seat bolster wears to shreds long before any other car on the market.
Not so much hate, but I wish the truck lid popped completely open with the remote.

My only real complaint is the weak cup holders in the 3rd Gen. The 2 in the pull out tray under the radio are tiny, and 2 divits on the inside of the glove box door are just a joke!
