How bout the auto VE's, anyone run a 14.9 like 96sleeper? That kinda sucks that the autos don't have the variable volume intake thing. Nissan smartened up and dropped the same engine in all the lineup from GXE to GLE. But since the VE has less top end in automaitc form than its 5spd brothers, wouldn't that be a good comparison since the 4th gen VQ's dont have the VI option stock? Just a thought

Before my VE auto started acting up, I ran dead even with a 97 SE auto, with similar mods. The VE auto sucks down low, but seems to have lots upstairs.

there is a lot of weight to be shaved from these cars, for being they started life as a luxo cruiser with some *****.

just remember don't go to far, if you get in a wreck, i can't be held respondsible

supposedly the ole ve supercar is forsale here in kc again. not sure where it is or for how much. i haven't seen the car in over a year.
some things were changed on it, the car needs help, serious help actually. thats why i will not buy it back.

this goes for everyone here.
everyone will not give out all their mods, no one ever does. racing is survival of the fittest. some don't survive, end up hitting walls and killing themselves. you get the idea. if you don't cheat you don't win. if you get caught, you're screwed

majority of my mods can be seen on here. i will say this, the car didn't make as much power as you might think. dave b actually made more hp then i did at the wheels, but i had more torque {thank you air tools and tb gods}

if the ve camp wants help, i'll be more then happy to help them, same with the vq guys, the rules are the same for each motor.

these motors can easily make 600 hp. just takes creativity and time. {no it won't do it on the bottom end}

if a 2.0 liter 4 cylinder can make 800 hp, just think, you have bigger motors.
are you from the west coast? i'm just wondering about a theory i have with east and west coast car guys. . . . .

But the 3rd gen motor was built with better quility control and technology! Nissan F***ed-up and got tick tick tick because they dared to try something new and power hungry. After 94 it was down hill
