My best advice is to read the FAQs and go through the older posts in this forum (there aren't too many anyway). The more you read the more comfortable you'll be with your own kit and nitrous in general. If you have a question chances are someone else did at some point as well. If you can't find an answer after doing some reading then post

I recommend a A/F guage (or exhaust temp would be better), Fuel pressure guage, upgraded fuel pump, and possibly a Fuel Pressure Regulator.

I would definitely also get an electronic nitrous pressure gauge. don't forget to change your plugs (not really necessary but it's peace of mind)

i would suggeest doing some reading, not trying to dog you, just want to keep your max healthy...

the switch is totally up to you. Most people prefer the WOT window switch but I just done like the idea of having the nitrous controlled electronically, id rather control it myself. I would use a switch is I was a 6 spd though..

I would go with an electric full sweep nitrous and fuel pressure guages (not mechanical) check out autometer and definetly an EGT, thats perhaps the gauge I monitor most

I would start off with a 35 shot if I were you and slowly bump is up, make sure your fuel pressure stays constant @ WOT, cuz I dont know how an I30's fuel pump is...

like the guys above mentioned, so some reading, youll be much mor comfortable..
