going with nitrous
going with nitrous
Since the turbo swap , Would be out of the question for me right now , I am thinking about going with nitrous , Since my cars a 1988 with 145k Miles on it , i think im only going to go like 25 shot , And if i want to go higher , Witch injectors should i get ? What kit do you think would be best for me , Im deff thinking about wet , Because i have heard alot of problems with dry , Also before trying this I know im going to have to Do the 300zx ecu , And maf So i can do a cold air intake , doing that will allow me to run a higher shot right ? and any ways im sure it would be a much easy installation , what are your opinons on this?
ok... Wow , Its funny how when you started out you knew nothing about it to? I dident say i was going to do it right this moment , and did i say i was going to STAY 25 for ever i was just going to do 25 to get the hang of using it , And how is 25 horsepower a waste ? .......
before the thought even crossed my mind to put a nitrous kit on my car i had already known plenty. 25 shot of nitrous doesn't necessarily mean it will give you 25 hp. do you plan on going for a wet or dry setup? you don't need all that other **** you were talking about in your first post if running such a small shot. I am running a 75 shot on my car and have changed nothing as far as the fuel system goes. do not waste your time or money on a nitrous kit. you had a hard enough time installing a throttlebody on your car.

if the car doesn't run properly after the install of a part then you must have done something wrong. If you can't get your car to run right with a bigger throttlebody then you have no reason to even think about installing a nitrous kit.
if you really want to do it go with a dry shot 60, very simple and wont blow your motor. forget about going wet to much to worry about unless your mechanically inclined and know what to keep an eye out for. basically a dry kit is plug and play and no need to change anything. i dont know what you heard bad about a dry kit because i owned one for yrs with no problems unless you wanna spray more than a 70 shot dry would be perfect for you.
Did i say i dident know how to set it , All you have to do is , Loosen the two screws , And then Move it to a SIDE , And then go and try it out , if it doesnt work , Come back , And move it to a diffrent posistion ... Just because Idont know much about nitrous , Means nothing Im learned you a$$hole , You where learning once to , You dident just know every thing like that , Atleast i can admit it.

that made no sense whatsoever. please go back to the 4th grade and learn how to form a sentence.

I think you should go with a 50 shot dry, and put a window switch on it so it only sprays from 2500 rpm til boost is about 90%. That will help you spool faster, and should keep you within somewhat safe parameters.
