That looks like death, unless no one was in it at time of impact

Maximas are slow.

Maximas are slow? well with a broad statement like that, with no spec on what gen or anything, I guess we'll just say Nealoc, Mardi and Tilley all have slow cars. Point is maxima continues to be a leader of its class with a potent FWD 3.5, although if the new max is 27,900 msrp, why not go G35 Sedan?.. later

looks like the roof was cut way.. and looks like it was hit by a train or something.. so hopefully this stalled out on a train track and the driver was able to get out... scary crap like this make you think a little

Anything that doesn't run 13's stock is slow in my book. My altima is slow, my maxima is slow, I'm just talkng about stock cars, and this is in ref to the guy tellin us to be careful with the maxima. I was talking stock cars btw.

Honestly any car can get up to 80+ mph and end up like that max, so regardless if its fast or not, use your own better judgement.

As much as I don't think these cars are fast, they are still alot of fun to drive. To this day whenever I get in either of my cars I always have a smile on my face when driving them.

I feel bad for who ever was involved in this wreck. I narrowly escaped a dump truck (with a back-ho in a trailer) in my 88 accord in 02 with broken bones..

pre 05 maximas didnt have really good side impact ratings. and without side air bags or any head protection, it can be hairy even in a smaller wreck. PLEASE be careful, ur car might do 0-60 in 7 secs but ur body wont do 60-0 in a fraction of a second (which is what u get in a 4th gen side impact - nothing to crumple)

I dont like to see crash pics either but sometimes we need to be reminded of the harsh reality of what happens to 10s of thousands ppl every year.. it makes me a cautious driver

here are the rest of the pics of that car, if u wanna see

Life is too short and unexpectant, live lif e to the fullst but always use wise jugment when you are out on the road. There are many insane drivers who only care about themselves on the highway. That pic is just to show us that we are not immortalor our cars. I hope that the person who was in that car came out ok. Be safe guys!

I Work As An Auto Claims Adjuster And I Can Tell You I Have Seen Some Seriously Sickening Wrecks, The Type Where You Were Not Sure If It Was A Car You Were Looking At, But This One Is Close! Someone Upstairs Had A Hand In Someone Surviving That Wreck. Let's Hope They Made It! Everyone Stay Safe!

This isn't a bad example of what happens when you're not careful. My friend is an EMT, and I have volunteered with him. I wish I had the pictures of an Acura TL which wrapped itself around a tree doing ~110 MPH. It was hanging from the tree about 8 feet up. When the door was removed with the jaws of life... well, lets just say one body bag was not going to be enough. Both passengers were dismembered quite severly.

All of you idiots who keep saying it's a scratch, or it'll buff need to start using your heads. I can promise you that person(s) died. How can you belittle their death(s) with a comment such as that?
