Yeah, we're local so we actually met up last night.

Now you have to keep looking for the next time those sills pop up here, sorry about that dude lol

Or, you can always get the replica ones for 100 bucks

From what I've read, Megan may be made by bc, or at least the same factory as bc. And the reason I got the Megan as opposed to the tein is because the Megan is all complete for the same price as the tein

New alternator belt and HP power steering hose came in mail today from Nissan.

This is a killer on price (ps hose that is) but gotta do it. Now the plan is to tackle this over the weekend or next week.

Went to a stereo install joint to get prices on replacing the head unit in my max (broken) and my speakers (fried). Got a quote for 600 bucks. I think ill just settle for the head unit and ill do the speakers on my own.

Definitely look up some head unit installs here on the forums. You can save a lot of money and feel accomplished at doing it yourself! (and there's no risk of a surprise botched install job - you will only have it be crappy if you make it crappy!)

This is a bit late but this past Friday did my pressure PS hose and return hose, and changed alternator belt.

Also finally adjusted the hood to no longer make any rattling noises, this was the best part and I finally got it perfectly tight

Finally broke 140 mph on the autobahn today.
The Sunroof make some serious wind noise at that speed.

Hood bumpers from random car at the junkyard.
I forgot what it came from but these ones worked and the rubber was nice.
Stock ones fall apart easy all the ones I tried to take off. +1 on nissan using crappy parts.

Also, if you have a 2000 and your sub doesn't work.
The inside looks like this.

No relay or transistor. Nobody knows why for some reason.
The relay board is actually wrapped up in the harness before the sub.
re-solder that board and it'll work. Another +1 for nissan using crappy parts.
Haven't heard that sub bump in a looooong time

That's the dream! Sounds like it was awesome.

I gotta stop treating the local interstate here (i465) as the Autobahn.

What the heck happened to the part that used to be in the center of grill, in place of that big hole?

Also, whats with the empty black licence plate frame on the bumper?

I see you guys have a bunch of inspection stickers there. I was mad at ours, which is just one sticker in the middle of windshield. Now I'm fine with ours, after seeing that.

we need a inspection sticker and a registration sticker...also since I'm poor and live in apts, the parking sticker so azs holes from the towing company don't tow my car...

Some piece of sheit guy that called himself a driver fuqked up my bumper fender and hood ....i found the same color fender really quick but the bumper was elusive but finally found one the same color but the burger was missing ...i don't like to deal with aftermarket stuff... Totally forgot my license plate on my original bumper and i never have gone to the dmv for a new one

I really wanna do the 5.5 grille mod so i haven't bothered to replace the burger

Changed my original starter @ 160K+ still started but sometimes there was no response when turning the key to start....These commutators get full of brush dust and get jammed up....I replaced it with a rockauto.com Denso remanufactured starter...and it's doing it's job...

Today I put a made my down payment to the body shop for a lower radiator support beam replacement. They are charging me 379$ for the whole thing, including the 205$ part. They said it would be 159$ for the labor. That's such a good deal.

Also got my new radiator in today. I've got cracks in the top of my original radiator that really got bad just last week (didn't know about them until a guy at the body shop said he could smell coolant). I read that sometimes the top of the radiator in our cars can get micro fractions over the years from slamming the hood closed. So no more steaming radiator while I drive in the cold. Kind of embarrassing. Also sucks to have to keep filling up in the freezing cold. Lets see how the KoyoRadiator holds up! First impressions of the design are good.
