Anyone use 5w30 conventional oil in your Max?

Hi y'all I am thinking of using Valvoline 5w30 conventional oil in my 2018 S. Mostly because of the hot climate I am in here in GA and Valvoline white bottle has stellar uos’s Over on bitog. What do you guys think? My lease is over in 8/21 and I may buy it.

Thanks..

It's what my dealer has put in for me. Contrary to the above statement most of those link are 90 percent about synthetic oil. I believe that is what most people use.

Go on YouTube and watch some comparisons of synthetic vs regular. Me personally will always use synthetic. I live in the northeast and we can have Temps anywhere from 0 degrees to 95 degrees, depending on the time of year obviously. Synthetic has proven to keep your engine cooler in hot summer days and lubricate better in the firgid Temps.
